We’ve been writing over the past few weeks about medical massage therapy and the difficulty of defining what it is exactly. Wednesday, August 11th, 2010It’s National Massage Week – Pass It On!
Wednesday, July 21st, 2010Quick! Why is this day, and every day this week, so special? What incredibly important field, medical treatment, and profession will be commemorated and celebrated all week?

Fortunately the report wrote a pretty straightforward (and what I think is a dead-on) explanation as to why the massage therapy field is expanding: “[Because] More and more people recognize it as an important element in their overall health and wellness.” (more…)
